Venue Capacity

Hacienda Courtyard and Patio: 240 Seated; 300 Reception

Stable and Corral: 135 Seated; 200 Moving Reception


All Catering Services are included with the Package. Custom Menus are available. We are happy to accommodate Special Diets and Children’s Meals.

Wedding Cake/Dessert

All Wedding Cakes and Desserts must be booked through Leo Carrillo Ranch. We are happy to accommodate special requests.

Wedding and Reception Timing

1 Hour Rehearsal, 2 hours Pre-Ceremony use of Wedding Party Dressing Areas, 5 hours of Grounds and Ranch use for Ceremony and Reception. Setup and Cleanup time is included as follows: 2 hours for Setup and 1 hour for Cleanup. All clients’ items must be removed from the Ranch at the end of the event.

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal

Due to other events, we cannot guarantee your Rehearsal will be scheduled the day before your event. It may be scheduled earlier in the week.

Event Timing

Hacienda Events must end by 10pm on Friday & Saturday & 8pm Monday Thru Thursday – Bar & DJ must end 30 minutes before.

Stable Events must end by 9pm on Friday & Saturday & 8pm Monday Thru Thursday – Bar & DJ must end 30 minutes before.

Bar Service

Client can provide their own beer and wine, but all Alcoholic beverages must be served by Ranch Staff. Alcoholic Beverages cannot be self-serve, except for pre- ceremony in the Wedding Party Dressing areas. Shots and neat drinks are not permitted. Wine and other alcohol cannot be placed on the dining tables. Table wine service is available for an additional charge. Keg Beers are always welcome. Bar must close 30 minutes prior to the end of the Event.

Outside Vendors

All Vendors are required to be selected from our Approved List, please Contract Venue Manager for current list.


Free Parking is included on site. Valet Parking options available.


Any events at the Hacienda hosting more than 130 guests are required to rent a portable restroom through Leo Carrillo Ranch. Please inquire for pricing.

Deposit and Payments

A 30% Non-Refundable Deposit is required with signed contract. An additional 30% is due 90 days after the first deposit. The Balance is due by Cashiers Check the Monday before the Event.

Additional Fee

Refundable Damage / Excessive Cleaning Deposit: $500 One Day Event Insurance Policy: $200 Security Fee: $200

Honestly I wish we could give more than 5 stars. Not only was the venue breathtaking, but the team took such incredible care of us from day 1 until the day of. We truly felt like every single hope we had for the day came to life, and it was the best day we could've hoped for! PS the team is AWESOME. Cannot day enough great things about everyone who worked with us. A huge thanks to Kendra for supporting our questions and making everything come to life!
