We offer an All-Inclusive package allowing you to relax and enjoy the planning process. This 27-acre Ranch offers Wedding Party Dressing areas, ceremony area, reception area, endless photo opportunities and much more. Our package includes a Day of Venue Coordinator, Catering Staff, Rentals, Appetizer Table, a Full Buffet, Floor Length Linens and Napkins, China, Flatware, Glassware and much more.

Our package includes the following:

Core Package

• Complimentary guest parking
• 1 Hour rehearsal
• 2 Hours before the ceremony to take pictures and enjoy the Ranch
• 5 Hours use of the Ranch for ceremony and reception
• 1 Hour after event for vendors to cleanup
• Use of grounds for engagement and wedding photos
• Ceremony site – choice of 2 options
• Reception by the Hacienda
• Wedding party dressing areas

Day of Venue Coordinator

• Offer support throughout the entire planning process
• Act as the main contact to the venue
• Run your rehearsal
• Create a timeline with you specific, to your event
• Put together all final details
• Ensure all vendors arrive on-time and setup properly
• Run ceremony
• Assist with personal details on the day of the event
• Vendor communication throughout entire event
• Oversee and assist with the cleanup at the end of the night
• Collect and load all personal items into clients vehicle at the end of the evening
• Ensure a good time is had by all
