The couple’s theme, “Love is Brewing” was apparent throughout the day, complete with a coffee pour during the wedding ceremony and coffee & donuts available to guests upon arrival.

The bride’s aunt designed the ceremony site with large, paper flowers and a gorgeous hanging “dreamcatcher” wreath. 

The bride and groom took photos all throughout the venue.

Each table centerpiece was unique with bright colors, just like the bride’s bouquet.

Lauren + Mike | Contemporary Meets Rustic Wedding | Leo Carrillo Ranch

Lauren and Mike gathered their friends and family, complete with gorgeous florals by Haystack Floral for a beautiful ceremony and reception Leo Carrillo Ranch.

The ceremony space was kept very simple, with just a touch of greenery and décor at the end of the aisle.

The couple chose to pair ghost chairs with their head table, creating a contemporary yet rustic look that we just adore.

We LOVE how this couple’s donut bar turned out. It is the perfect dessert station for guests to enjoy after dinner and it looks super cute!

Jordan with Sage Pro DJ showed guests (and the Bride :)) a great time on the dancefloor.

Katie + Ryan | Rustic Wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch

The couple was all smiles on their special day. They were formally married in a church prior to arriving at Leo Carrillo Ranch, but exchanged vows in an outdoor ceremony.

Katie and Ryan celebrated their love surrounded by friends and family.

Outdoor Wedding Details

Gorgeous details from Megan and Mike’s dreamy wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch. Beautiful photos by Morgan Hydinger Photography, who did a wonderful job highlighting the natural greenery of the Ranch. The Bloom of Time incorporated a beautiful white floral garland into the ceremony site, creating a timeless, romantic look that we just adore.

Things were kept simple with long farm tables, which always make for a rustic, yet elegant reception space.

Harmony and Matt – Laid Back Wedding with Soft Pink Tones

Wedding Season is in full swing at Leo Carrillo Ranch and we are loving it! And to make it even sweeter, we are still receiving the photos from last season. We were just sent Harmony and Matt’s photos and they are gorgeous! The light pink tones of this wedding mixed with the soft vibes of the photography by Aga Jones Photography, created seriously amazing shots. This group was so much fun to work with and we are so excited to share some of our favorites from their day.

We canNOT get enough of these bridesmaid dresses. The different styles along with the floral pattern and blush tones will forever be one of our favorite bridal party looks.

Our ceremony site is very special to us (for obvious reasons) and we love it dressed up with floral garlands/aisle accents or left alone for the natural beauty to shine. Harmony and Matt decided to not add extra decor, and it was the perfect choice for their wedding.

Farm Table Inspiration

Farm tables have been popular for quite some time, and it doesn’t seem like they are going anywhere! These tables are especially popular at the Ranch. The natural wood feel goes perfectly with the garden vibes of the Ranch, and most clients think of them as more of a blank canvas. Whether the vision is to have full garlands down the tables, or scattered arrangements, the farm table is a great option if you can fit them into your budget!

These first photos are from a wedding where the floral was more simple. The florist added some smaller arrangements and scattered the tables with votives. This simplicity really let the natural wood shine!

Some Brides and Grooms like to add some more color. This couple added some fun and colorful napkins AND check out those table numbers! We love how this look turned out and it fit the couples’ personality perfectly.

This couple wanted to keep the farm tables separate and they added much more detail to each one. The gold candlesticks added the perfect touch of glam, while the garland and loose flower arrangements still kept with the Ranch feel.

If farm tables will not work for the whole wedding, you can always just use them for a cool head table! This is exactly what the Bride and Groom did for the photo below. The farm tables with the lush greenery AND those chairs, this head table was definitely a gorgeous focal point!

Ceremony Decor Inspiration

The ceremony site at Leo Carrillo Ranch is very unique and FULL of charm. Our California Pepper Tree is such a beautiful focal point of the patio and is definitely one of the details that brides and grooms love about the Ranch. Because of the natural beauty, most couples keep the décor in this area very simple.

One of the most popular décor additions we see in this space, is a floral garden on the tree. It adds just enough to make the space more personal without taking away from the rest of the surroundings.

One bride wanted to incorporate rugs down the aisle and we love the feel it gave the space, and when you want to add a touch that is not only for show, add Mariachis like the couple did below!
