Unique, Vibrant, and Bursting With Love

Angela and Morgan brought their closest friends and family to our ranch for their intimate ceremony beneath our welcoming Pepper Tree.

Wearing fabulous matching suits for their vows, they set the tone for their one-of-a-kind reception!

Angela encouraged her Bridesmaids to wear their most glamorous evening wear, ensuring everyone felt and looked their best that night!

Tina Jair, a friend of the love birds, arranged a unique bouquet or boutonniere for each member of the Bridal Party!

Personal Touch Dining provided the most excellent service for their buffet dinner, and after a lovely champagne toast, the dance floor opened!

DJ Pat, of Sound Prodigy, kept the party rocking, and the guests enjoyed drinking and dancing the night away.

We’re so honored to be part of this special day, and we wish Morgan and Angela all the best in their bright future together!

Thanks to all the terrific vendors who helped us make the magic happen, especially Personal Touch Dining, for all their hard work in so many facets of our operations.

Darling Garlands | Ceremony Tree Decor | Leo Carrillo Ranch

Ropes of roses, cords of chrysanthemums, strings of sweetpeas, we’ve seen it all!

Our beloved Pepper Tree is gorgeous on is own,

but couples and the occasional florist have felt inspired enough to do a bit of redecorating!

If you’re having your ceremony with the tree in the background, we encourage talking to your florist about makeover ideas!

There are just a few guidelines we’d like to make known before the planning process begins…

Leo Carrillo Ranch staff cannot decorate our tree for you.

If you plan on having decorations of any kind put on our tree, they need to be done by a professional.

(Specifically, a florist or decor service who has the proper equipment, insurance, and experience.)

Leaving it up to the professionals has always resulted in the fastest and safest setup with the best-looking decor!

Please do not stress out our tree!

We ask that no nails, tacks, staples, or anything else be used to adhere or attach anything to our tree.

The Ranch and its Tree are both historic landmarks, and without this rule, this gentle giant would become quickly abused.

The branches are already in perfect positions to hang the garlands on!

If there is any extra assistance needed, we suggest using fishing line or rope to secure your decorations better.

So please, dress up the ceremony space and our happy tree as much as your heart desires!

Just keep in mind our rules, so it continues to stay happy.

Heartfelt, Hand-Crafted Charm

Dainty hand-made details were everywhere for Megan and Hunter’s wedding at The Ranch.

Their Sweetheart Table was adorable with a personal table setting that delighted us with a combination of rustic charm and chic gold accents.

How cute are all these details?! (Don’t miss that hint of peacock-teal!)

We can’t think of a better example of customizing a Sweetheart Table to fit the personalities of the Bride and Groom.

They turned this tiny table into their personalized throne and we cannot get enough!

The rest of the dining tables reflected their sense of style as well in a more formal manner, a perfect way to extend their personalities without over-cluttering the tables.

They had Kahki linens that beautifully stood out against the dark wood of the farm tables and lots of silver dollar eucalyptus, tying in our natural backdrop!

Their ceremony under our pepper tree was very sweet and afterward, their bridal party ushered

Hunter and Megan’s guests to the cocktail hour while the happy couple got to sneak away for a private moment.

For dinner, Hunter and Megan chose to serve Personal Touch Dining‘s Caprese Chicken, Stuffed Peppers with White Wine Risotto,

Oven Roasted Potatoes, and fresh in-season vegetables.

For dessert, instead of cake, they had pies to cut and serve with two fruit tarts for themselves!

Everything about their big day felt so genuinely straight-from-the-heart.

We were honored to have them choose us to help them celebrate it.

Thanks to Elizabeth French Creative for these stunning photos and to Personal Touch Dining for the food, coordination, and management of our events!
