Okay, get ready for this show stopper, dream boat wedding you are about to witness. Its been hard to not post so many from this wedding onto our social media pages, however, now you get to see first hand the magic and hard work everyone put into this day for M + P that’s scroll-worthy! These two definitely knew how to make the Ranch their own with every little element sought out to perfection. Their ceremony was probably one of the best we’ve seen with their Steer Head branded with LC adorned with an overflow of flowers around the Wash House by Siren Floral Company. Mariachi de Real San Diego made for a great addition to the ceremony and cocktail hour as well. The reception space screamed rustic and bright, especially with the added bougainvillea! Of course, like many of our couples, they opted for the famous Taco Bar that Personal Touch Dining offers that always have some guests coming back for seconds. M + P made their night fun and laid back, with dancing and mingling, and of course, snap shots in that Photo Bus.

These summer weddings sure are making a statement at the Ranch. H + S had a great group of people to celebrate their special day with them, especially that abundant bridal party of theirs. It was a perfect day to get married under the Oak Tree, giving the ceremony space a bright and airy feel. With a yummy dessert bar and all their detailed and rustic décor around the Ranch, brought so much life to their day! Even our friends at the Ranch made an appearance and snuck in a few photos to congratulate the new Mr. and Mrs 😉

We love a good variety of ceremony options at the Ranch. Although our ever popular Pepper Tree ceremony space is the go-to, these two decided to tie the knot in front of our very own Hacienda, giving their backdrop a picturesque moment of the historic Ranch. K chose powder blue for her girls paired with those gorgeous voluminous blooms from Pinestreet Floral. A scrumptious Taco Bar set the mood for the newlyweds to indulge on, followed by a delectable three-tiered cake for their guests to enjoy. Dancing and the Photo Bus made for a great night, and these two had nothing but smiles from the start, all the way to their glow-stick Grand Exit!

As we are in full swing of the Fall wedding season at the Ranch, lets reminisce on some of our summer weddings, like this one! With so much light and beauty in these photos, Jen & Shane Photography wowed us with these shots throughout the Ranch for K + M’s big day. The First Look took place at the ever-popular courtyard captured with our abundant Bougainvillea arch. During their ceremony, KO Floral designed an astonishing garland to give the space an elegant touch. Along with their moms, they also shared a special candle lighting ceremony. Their choice of a three-layer naked cake made for a decadent treat for their guests after a flavorful buffet dinner. To top it off, they provided their own personal touch with a Trail Mix bar which definitely made a hit!

We thank K + M for choosing us to celebrate their special day with them, and to everyone else that played a part in making their day magical!

As fall arrives, we still have plenty of our weddings from spring and summer to blog about. Like this May dreamboat, C + J celebrated their big day at the Ranch. Bridesmaids fashioned out in dusty blue and paired with gorgeous peach, burgundy and pink bouquets, while the groomsmen suited up in tan jackets, navy pants and a patterned tie. We witnessed a personal and raw ceremony followed by a fabulous reception – check out that sweetness overload at their dessert bar! 😉

Get ready for this beautiful burgundy and blush dream at the Ranch! Native Poppy really knew how to bring magic in their florals. For their ceremony, they incorporated a Chuppah with adorned floral elements to that, making the ceremony space that much more harmonious. Down on the lower patio where the reception is held, farm tables with macramé runners, blush tone water goblets, earthy arrangements, a sweet heart table paired with peacock chairs, and a magazine worthy lounge truly stole the show! As always, this couple treated guests to a dessert bar with mouth watering cake pops, donuts, chocolate covered strawberries, lemon bars, cookies, and churro shooters – YUM!

We were so grateful to have witnessed M + K’s big day with their magnetic smiles and their love for each other.

Sneak Peek of Leo Carrillo Ranch Expansion!

Wonderous news to share at the Ranch! We are so excited to announce our expansion of the Stable area for upcoming weddings and events! The historic Stable which once housed Leo Carrillo’s prized horses has been restored to its former glory with new and modern improvements. Now, for the first time, Leo Carrillo Ranch will be welcoming weddings and events YEAR ROUND as this will also show case an indoor venue option. Take a look at the sneak peeks of the natural splendor of the architecture throughout the Stable!

The wood work on these white ceiling beams make for a fantastic space!

We can not wait for the finished result!

What a joy it was to witness another summer romance at the Ranch thanks to Gipe Photography. They really knew how to capture that natural light in all of these photos for J + D’s big day! It was a simple, yet special day for these two as they used minimal décor and the original beauty of the Ranch. Their ceremony was an intimate sight to watch, and their reception held a family style dinner along with a good time in our favorite Photo Bus. These two really knew how to throw a party with their endless dancing and excitement on the dance floor!
